Bought a used 2023 CX5 Signature at the beginning of August. Dustin did a great job and was super responsive during the whole process. If i had any questions or concerns, Dustin did his best to give me the most informed answers and even checked on me a week after my purchase to make sure everything had been going well. I’ve been shopping around for a while and dealt with multiple sales reps in Ottawa and usually their knowledge was minimal and I was surprised that Dustin had actual knowledge of a vehicle outside of their brands. Overall a very good experience.
